Xiuwen county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, attaches great importance to helping college and university graduates gain employment, and has taken multiple measures to expand its job resources to incentivize graduates to stay in the county for their career development.
Since the beginning of this year, Xiuwen has organized numerous visits for graduates to learn about the employment situation in a range of enterprises in the county. It has also engaged in related job negotiations and matchmaking, and collected employment positions suitable for graduates.
So far, the county has collected and promoted 3,873 suitable positions involving 203 firms.
Also, the county has organized talent day events together with colleges and universities in the county, such as livestreams so that jobseekers can introduce themselves and find work.
