More than 1,700 mu (113.33 hectares) of loquats in Liuguang town, located along the Liuguang River in Xiuwen county, Guiyang city, became famous for their thin skin, thick flesh, and sweet, juicy taste, attracting tourists from all over the country.

The loquats grow well, and local farmers invite celebrities from Douyin to conduct live-stream sales, both of which bring smiles to the farmers' faces with the expectation of substantial income. Tourists all enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, unique cuisine, and recreational activities in Liuguang.

To cultivate delicious fruit, Liuguang invites experts from the Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences to provide theoretical training for farmers, focusing on practical training of flower thinning, fruit thinning, and pruning.

Liuguang town plans to focus on improving quality and efficiency, strengthening the development of specialty foods and industries to help locals achieve prosperity.

Relying on its advantage of being located in a river valley, Liuguang town has developed "river valley tourism + rural picking" in villages around 800 meters above sea level, as well as expanding the fruit industry along the river valleys. It has also developed Liuguang noodles, Liuguang liquor, and Liuguang stinky tofu by following the "one village, one product" model, while forming locally branded agricultural specialty products that have become a key industry for supporting rural vitalization.
