China Yangming Culture Park is the ideal destination for exploring the philosophy of Wang Yangming, one of China's greatest thinkers. Centered around Yangming Cave, where Wang Yangming developed his influential doctrines of "the mind is principle" and "the unity of knowledge and action" more than 500 years ago, the park has become a sacred place for the study of Yangming Philosophy. Xiuwen county is therefore widely regarded as the birthplace of Wang Yangming's School of Mind.

The park is dotted with elegant pavilions, ancient cypress trees, lotus ponds, and historic stone inscriptions. At the Plaza of the Unity of Knowledge and Action, Wang Yangming's statue stands among classic philosophical inscriptions that continue to inspire visitors today. Combining history, philosophy and natural beauty, the park offers an immersive cultural experience where visitors can gain a deeper understanding of one of China's most influential schools of thought.

• Transportation: Xiuwen Bus Line 1 to Shanghecheng Roundabout Station

• Opening hours: 8:30 am–5:30 pm (last admission at 5 pm)

   Free for children, students, and visitors aged 70 and above
